I believe that every person who walks through this door deserves care that is built around them, not around a checklist. Treatment works best when it is collaborative, unhurried, and grounded in a real understanding of who you are and what you are carrying.

Treatment Modalities
Medication Management
Medication, when appropriate, can be a meaningful part of your healing. My approach to prescribing is individualized and never rushed. Before recommending anything, I take time to understand your full history, your lifestyle, your concerns, and your goals. Two people can walk in with the same diagnosis and need completely different paths forward. I believe medication should support your life, not define your treatment.
Supportive Therapy
Medication alone rarely tells the whole story. Many patients need a consistent space to process what they are experiencing, whether that is stress, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or emotions that have built up over time. In our sessions, I make room for that conversation. You do not have to have it all figured out before you speak. That is what the space is for.
Psychoeducation
Understanding what is happening in your own mind is one of the most empowering things you can do for your mental health. I make it a priority to explain your diagnosis, your treatment options, how your medications work, and what progress can realistically look like. When patients understand their care, they become active participants in it rather than passive recipients.
Mindfulness and Sleep Hygiene
Sleep and stress are deeply connected to mental health, and both are often the first things to break down when someone is struggling. I incorporate practical mindfulness strategies and sleep hygiene guidance into treatment for patients dealing with anxiety, emotional overload, or chronic stress. The goal is not perfection. It is building small, sustainable habits that help your nervous system recover and your mind slow down enough to rest.
Motivational Interviewing
Change is hard, and wanting to change is not always enough on its own. I use motivational interviewing to help patients identify their own reasons for growth, build confidence in their ability to move forward, and work through the ambivalence that often comes with making meaningful life changes. This approach is collaborative, not prescriptive. I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help you find your own clarity.
