For established patients returning for medication management, symptom monitoring, treatment adjustments, and ongoing psychiatric care.

Extended Medication Management
For established patients who require additional time to address complex concerns, medication adjustments, multiple mental health conditions, or significant changes in symptoms.

After scheduling, you'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, instructions for completing your intake forms, and information to help you prepare for your telehealth visit.
